Kluck Search was founded by Els Kluck, who has more than 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Specialist Search & Assessment. With an international background and many years of solid experience in the Danish and European recruitment market, we are recognized as a professional business partner.

With a good business understanding, a large network and a distinct human insight, we are able to match the right talents with our customers. We are our customer’s ambassador  and build bridges with the candidates. We also add value through a high level of service, understanding of the customer’s needs and a clear balance of expectations. Through ongoing feedback of the process, we ensure a successful completion of the assignment.

A large part of our experience lies within the Life Science world (Pharma, Medical Device, Human / Animal Health & Nutrition) and international industrial production companies BTB and BTC.

Els started her career in the Netherlands, where she worked for various international search and recruitment companies. Since 1994, she has lived in Denmark and has continued her career in recruitment and search as a partner with some of the largest players of the Danish market.  Prior to this, Els ran her own business for a number of years.
